1. Summary of Services

Urban Coaching offers a range of services and packages to include:

  • Corporate/Executive/Business Coaching
  • Personal/Life Coaching
  • Wellbeing Consulting
  • Stress Management Programmes
  • Leadership Development Programmes
  • Sales & Marketing Consulting
  • Public Speaking/Seminar engagements

2. Code of Ethics

As a founding member of the Association for Coaching, an independent and UK based professional Coaching body, Urban Coaching abide by its code of ethics & good practice. This includes assuring that the client is honest throughout the coaching process, conduct services in a professional light, and are sensitive to issues of culture, religion, gender and race.

3. Client Briefing

Before any services are agreed, a non-chargeable briefing or consultation takes place between Urban Coaching and the Client to assure there is clarity with the engagement (see what to expect) and a good fit between the client’s requirements and Urban Coaching’s services.

Where necessary, Urban Coaching will refer the client on to another provider or professional if the relationship is not well-matched. The Client is also not obliged to Urban Coaching in any way prior to the first session/service commencement date.

4. Confidentiality

The trust between the Coach and the Client is crucial to the success of the coaching process. Urban Coaching agrees to treat all information discussed during personal or group sessions as confidential and do not disclose any details to a third party without agreement from the Client.

5. Fees

Fees are agreed upfront prior to commencement of the first coaching session. See schedule of services/ fees that are reviewed during the consultation period. All services include VAT. Fees are subject to a bi-annual review and non-payment of fees may result in legal actions being taken.

6. Payment Terms

For organisations, services are paid in advance or invoiced on a monthly basis, payable net 15 days. Retained or monthly fixed fees are also an option. For individuals, packages are payable up front, and or following each Coaching session.

7. Cancellation

For corporate/business services, a cancellation notice is included in the Terms & Conditions. For private coaching sessions, the Client has the right to cancel with a 24 hours notice; otherwise the full fee is payable. However, to ensure a high level of satisfaction, ongoing review sessions are integrated throughout the engagement.
