Overview

Katherine is an Executive Coach and organisational leadership consultant specialising in helping professionals and companies achieve peak performance, growth and overall wellbeing. She has over 18 years experience, with roles as a board-level executive, senior manager and Coach working with large international companies across the UK, US and Europe.

With a background in strategic marketing, client development, start-ups and H/R, Katherine's approach is motivational and results focused, driving several leadership, communications and management development programmes throughout her career. She holds a Diploma in Performance Coaching, a business degree and Certifications in Stress Management and Psychological Coaching.

An inspiring leader of change, Katherine is a frequent speaker, Chair & Founder of the Association for Coaching and a mentor to her coaching colleagues across the profession. She was recently given the AC Honorary Award for Influencing the Coaching Profession, along with being made an Honorary Life Fellow at their International Conference.
